How RV Rentals Work
Renting an RV does not need to be confusing. Start by choosing your dates and RV type, then decide whether pickup or delivery makes the most sense for your trip.
We will walk you through the RV before your trip starts, explain the important systems, and answer questions so you know what to expect.
The Rental Process
This is the basic flow from choosing an RV to returning it after your trip.
Search Available RVs
Enter your dates to see available motorhomes, travel trailers, and toy haulers with current pricing.
Choose the Right RV
Compare photos, sleeping layouts, features, mileage, generator details, delivery options, and total trip cost.
Reserve Online
Select pickup or delivery, choose available add-ons, review your total, and complete your reservation.
Complete Driver & Insurance Information
Commercial rental insurance is included with eligible rentals. For self-pickup, all drivers must be 25+ and listed on the Rental Agreement, with a valid driver's license and current personal auto insurance card on file before release.
Schedule Pickup or Delivery
Self-pickup appointments are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM based on availability. We will reach out to schedule your pickup. If you need a specific time, call or text us before booking or as early as possible.

Before You Book
A few details are helpful to know before choosing your RV.
3-Night Minimum
Most reservations require a 3-night minimum. All holidays require a 4-night minimum.
Up to 2 Dogs Allowed
We allow up to 2 dogs in the units. Please include pets when planning your reservation so the right expectations are set.
Large Events and Festivals
Large events and festivals may have special delivery pricing. Reach out to us or check our preset destinations for event delivery options.

Campsites, Hookups, and Dry Camping
First-time renters should think through where the RV will be parked and what hookups are available.
You Book the Campsite
Renters are responsible for booking their own campsite, event space, or destination unless another arrangement has been made.
Full Hookups Are Easiest
Water, power, and sewer hookups make the trip easier, especially for first-time renters or longer stays.
Dry Camping May Be Possible
If you will not have hookups, water, battery, generator, and waste tank limits matter. Ask us if you are not sure what your trip requires.

What Is Not Included?
These are common renter responsibilities unless they are selected as add-ons or arranged ahead of time.
Campsites and Event Passes
Campsite reservations, event passes, parking passes, and destination fees are the renter's responsibility.
Food, Toiletries, and Bedding
Bring food, drinks, personal toiletries, clothes, chargers, and bedding or towels unless you add a bedding package.
Fuel and Dumping
Motorhome fuel and waste tank dumping are renter responsibilities unless prepaid dumping was selected, included, or arranged.
Protection and Insurance
Every rental needs approved coverage before pickup or delivery.
Select Protection During Booking
The easiest option for most renters is choosing the available protection option during checkout.
Provide an Approved Binder
You may use your own insurance if the binder lists the rented RV and meets our requirements before the trip.
Motorhome Mileage, Generator, and Fuel
Motorhomes have a few usage items that are checked after return.
300 Miles Per Night Included
Example: a 4-night rental includes 1,200 miles.
Overage: $0.30 per mile.
6 Hours Per Night Included
Generator hours are tracked by the onboard meter.
Overage: $4 per generator hour.
Return Full
Motorhomes leave with fuel and should be returned full.
Travel Trailer and Toy Hauler Towing Basics
We will not release a trailer with an unsafe towing setup.
Tow Vehicle Requirements
- Capable tow vehicle
- Brake controller required
- Proper receiver and hitch setup
- Trailer wiring must work properly
- We use trailer GVWR, not dry weight, when checking capacity
80% Tow Capacity Rule
We generally use the 80% tow capacity rule based on the trailer's GVWR. If your setup is not safe, we may deny release or recommend delivery instead.

Return Rules and Common Post-Trip Charges
This section helps avoid surprises after your rental.
Before You Return
- All self-pickup rentals must be returned by 3:30 PM
- Motorhomes should be returned with a full fuel tank
- Remove personal items and trash
- Leave used bedding and towels in the shower if you selected a bedding package
- Waste tanks must be dumped unless prepaid dumping was selected or included
- No smoking in any RV
Common After-Return Items
- Mileage overage: $0.30/mile
- Generator overage: $4/hour
- Fuel not returned full on motorhomes
- Waste tanks not dumped when required
- Damage, missing items, smoking, or excessive cleaning
Security Deposits
Deposits are refundable after the RV is returned and inspected.
$1,000 Refundable Deposit
Released within 5 business days after post-trip inspection assuming no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or unpaid post-trip charges.
